We can run our Supper Club for a minimum of 4 people.  Our Supper Club can also be booked on a private basis for 4 or more guests.

Supper clubs are the best combination of a dinner party and a restaurant experience - really good food in homely, personable and interactive environment. Enjoy an amazing eating experience in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, complemented by great food, good conversation, African art and mood music.

We launched our Supper Club for guests to enjoy an evening of delicious, high quality Caribbean cuisine and to help to spread the delights of Caribbean food far and wide.  We offer set menus comprising a range of traditional and contemporary Caribbean cuisine.    A lot of care goes into designing our menus and we are happy to cater for specific dietary requirements - we will gladly cater for vegetarians, pescatarians and for gluten-free diets.  We ask that you bring your own drink - rum, wine, beer or non-alcoholic juices, we don't mind.

The supper club is really a great way to meet new and interesting people; we have met some wonderful people through our supper club.  But of course, you may want to bring your partner, your friends or even your family; it is entirely up to you!  Whatever you decide, this a culinary experience you cannot afford to miss!  As one of our guests suggested "This would make a great surprise birthday or anniversary present."  

Feel at home with our relaxed and friendly service.  Occasionally, we may introduce themes or celebrate a particular event that relates to the Caribbean and its people, and this only adds to the wonderful ambience of the evening.

The menu will be sent to guests approximately 1 week prior to the event and will usually be compromised of an amuse bouche (appetiser), starter, main course and dessert followed by tea and coffee.  You can take your time over your meal, there is no rush.  You will be sat at a dining table with room for up to 8 guests who are also seeking a new culinary experience and adventure.  You will be served all four courses including your tea or coffee.  However, we do like guests to help themselves to the main meal; it's a great way to build a sociable atmosphere and mingle.

Come and experience our tasty food - using organic, free range, fair-trade, local and seasonal ingredients whenever possible.  If we can't find it locally then we will go further afield. 

Our suppers are hosted by Paulette & Jed Francique and after all, it is an evening out, so we recommend a smart casual dress code.  Our supper clubs run from 7.30pm-10.30pm and are held every first Saturday of the month.  However, to meet demand we are hosting more, so check the website for dates. We ask for a very reasonable minimum donation of £32.50 per person.

Amuse Bouche

A little something to tantalise your palate

Starter

Garlic peppered prawns, plantain and sweet potato mash, marinated cherry tomatoes and escallion

Main Course

Friscassee Chicken

Tender free-range chicken simmered in a spicy sauce of onions, carrots, and chocho, seasoned with thyme, garlic, scotch bonnet, ginger and Caribbean spices.

Coconut Rice

Caribbean style sautéed vegetables

Dessert

Banana Cake

Served with organic fresh cream and a drizzle of caramel rum sauce

Organic Tea & Coffee

Please note: Vegetarian option is available on request. Organic, free-range meat, fish, vegetables, seasonings and dairy products are used wherever possible. This menu maybe subject to change.
